Business owners can pay a flat monthly fee, negotiated at the start, in return for getting guaranteed time with the graphic or web designer working on their projects.

What are the benefits for business owners by having web designers and graphic designers on a retainer?

Often web designers and graphic designers will have projects booked months in advance and there is little time to work on projects on an as-needed basis. This is where a Retainer package makes perfect sense. It allows business Owners to be guaranteed that the web designer or graphic designer will be dedicated to work on your projects for a certain amount of time each month. It's essentially hiring the web designer or graphic designer to work for you, without the added costs of superannuation, PAYG, and at the same time, getting more creative and professional designers working on your projects than you would otherwise usually have access to. What kind of work can Graphic or Web Designers do for me on Retainer?

Our Graphic designers will usually produce any sort of print materials you require, although printing costs are almost always not included in the Retainer.

Web design (and development) retainer work can include content management,  changing slideshow images, updating text and images, adding new images, specials or newsletters . Entire website builds are not usually on retainer... but could be negotiated if required.
